What You Will Do:

• Provide clinical leadership within the CYPS Crisis Intervention Service
• Conduct comprehensive and risk assessments to inform care planning
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver integrated care
• Support and contribute within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Deliver training and learning sessions to enhance team capability
• Apply knowledge of family functioning in treatment planning
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and upheld
• Develop and implement effective care plans for children and young people
