Warehouse Operative in Wigan, North West

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Wigan.

As a Warehouse Operative your working hours and days:

• 4 on 4 off then 3 on 3 off cycle
• 07:00- 19:00

The rate of pay as a Warehouse Operative is:

• Days- £12.71 p/h
• Weekend Days- £14.71 p/h
• Overtime Days- £19.07 p/h
• Overtime Weekend Days- £22.07 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative are:

• Training of LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) to pick store orders
• Using technical devices to follow picking instructions
• Working in a timely manner to ensure distribution targets are met
• Ensuring store codes match with orders
• Once pallet is completed you will then use a handwrap machine to wrap pallets ready to be stored

The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Operative would require:

• Having an eye for detail to identify certain product codes and storing in the correct location
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• LLOP experience (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Good time keeping skills
