We are seeking an inspiring and innovative RMN - Ward Manager within Mental Health to join our team in Nottinghamshire, on a full-time permanent basis, earning an annual salary of £48,945. What you will do:

As a Ward Manager with experience in the NHS or private care, you will spearhead the nursing team with expertise and compassion, ensuring high-quality care and support for individuals while fostering a positive team environment. Your role will include:

- Empowering recovery and offering supervision to staff to deliver exceptional healthcare
- Collaborating with the senior Nurse to manage the on-call service and overseeing ward budgets
- Setting a standard as a role model to the nursing team, creating an environment conducive to learning and growth
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to maintain a unified and engaged service
- Ensuring that high clinical standards are implemented and adhered to in line with the Clinical Governance framework
- Utilising and mentoring nursing staff effectively
- Serving as a key expert in nursing care within the specialism and actively participating in the multidisciplinary team
- Fostering a collaborative environment that allows ward members to realise their potential and deliver superior care

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- A relevant nursing qualification with valid NMC registration
- Enthusiasm, compassion, and a naturally caring disposition
- A strong commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice values
- Experience in a similar healthcare environment
- Demonstrable leadership skills
