What you will do:
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), your primary focus will be on providing high-quality care to service users aged 18-25 in our dedicated Eating Disorder service, all while fostering a supportive environment with your colleagues.
Your engaging and varied role will include the following responsibilities:
- Delivering effective, compassionate nursing care to our service users
- Conducting assessments, planning, and evaluating care strategies
- Offering mentorship and support to team members
- Observing and accurately documenting service user changes and care provided
You will work 13 shifts per month, covering 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility between day shifts (7.30 am - 8 pm) and night shifts. Each shift is supported by 2 nurses and 6 HCAs, maintaining a focus on teamwork.
Skills and knowledge you will have:
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
- Ability to work effectively within a team

Middlewood Clinic, located in the picturesque setting of Little Ashfield, Midhurst, West Sussex, offers a comprehensive environment for the care and treatment of eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and atypical Eating Disorders.
