What You Will Do:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a safe and nurturing home environment.

  • Support the Registered Manager in ensuring full compliance with Ofsted standards, children’s legislation, and organisational policies.

  • Develop and implement individual care plans that promote emotional resilience, behavioural development, and independence.

  • Lead on safeguarding initiatives, promoting the well-being and safety of all young people.

  • Act as a key liaison for external agencies, maintaining effective communication and collaborative partnerships.

  • Manage staffing levels, resources, and budgets to meet operational needs.

  • Ensure all team members receive supervision, training, and opportunities for professional growth.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with regulations and organisational standards.

  • Assist with health and safety, risk management, and day-to-day operational responsibilities.
