We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and supportive individual to join our vibrant Autism Outreach Team based in the beautiful island setting of Guernsey. What you will do:

- Support adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder in community and home settings, promoting independence and skill development.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and community engagement.
- Employ the Active Support Model to empower individuals through person-centred techniques.
- Work independently, as well as collaboratively with senior staff, to deliver high-quality care.
- Act as key workers, ensuring 1:1 supervision for Band 3 Support Workers.
- Implement flexible working arrangements, including lone working, to meet the varied needs of service users.
