What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Mental Health Social Work Team, ensuring compliance with standards and fostering a culture of professional excellence and continuous service improvement.
  • Provide case supervision and operational oversight, delivering specialist social care services focused on enablement, recovery, and user choice.
  • Collaborate with key partners internally and externally to develop integrated approaches to assessment, planning, and review.
  • Promote user safety, manage risk, and safeguard adults at risk, ensuring all procedures are in line with safeguarding standards.
  • Support the principles of self-directed support, aiding service users in maintaining independence and choice.
