What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Emergency Duty Team, ensuring a high standard of social work practice is maintained.
• Co-ordinate Sutton's Children's First Contact Service, providing a single point of contact for all early help and children's social care services, from support for children to addressing child protection matters.
• Ensure effective supervision and support for team members, promoting continuous improvement and a consistent response to all incoming referrals.
• Collaborate with various agencies to ensure children receive appropriate services in line with needs identified by the Pan London threshold matrix.
• Monitor the quality of referrals and outcomes, ensuring that they align with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.
