Support Worker in Guernsey (UK) - £23 Per Hour via LTD Company - Outside IR35 - 3-Month Contract

What you will do:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young residents up to 18 years old, ensuring high-quality personalised care.
- Promote and uphold respect, dignity, and independence for all individuals in the home.
- Maintain the daily routine of the home, including administration and domestic tasks like cooking and cleaning.
- Encourage and support young people to attend appointments, meetings, and develop self-reliance.
- Advocate for the individual needs and rights of each resident, fostering a community of trust and kindness.
