You will be working 37.5 hours per week, ideally dedicating 3 days a week in Crawley and 2 days in Worthing, West Sussex. This role requires prior experience in drug and alcohol dependency cases. What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with substance misuse issues.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans for clients, focusing on recovery and harm reduction.
- Administer medication-related treatments within protocols and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support and interventions.
- Educate clients and support networks on substance misuse and available treatment options.
- Maintain accurate records and report on client progress regularly.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to remain up-to-date with best practices.
