What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality assessment and intervention for adults with dysphagia in acute wards and stroke units.
- Conduct face-to-face sessions with patients, providing tailored care and therapy.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with NHS standards.
- Drive around Bedford, providing essential services in different hospital settings as needed.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential.
- Must be trained and competent in dysphagia.
- Experience working in acute wards and stroke units is highly desirable.
- A valid driving licence is required.
