What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive environmental assessments to support housing reports and minor adaptation recommendations
• Review and assess equipment needs for children with various physical disabilities, ensuring it meets the complexity of their individual needs
• Apply recommendations from postural management assessments to facilitate the appropriate provision of equipment
• Assess and review moving and handling needs, informing appropriate equipment provision and creating detailed care plans

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be registered with the HCPC
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to effectively travel within the community
