What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists, guiding them in the successful delivery of casework and services.
• Engage in the management of direct reports, covering aspects of appraisals, managing sickness absences, and other personnel management tasks.
• Take initiative to contribute toward the development and enhancement of service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HCPC standards and demonstrate expertise in occupational therapy practices.
• Drive and facilitate innovation in therapy approaches to maintain and improve service quality.
• Work as a key player in the team to create a supportive, effective, and dynamic work environment.
