What you will do:
- Provide essential support and supervision to a caseload of approved foster carers, including mainstream and connected carers, ensuring adherence to National Minimum Standards.
- Engage actively in the fostering service duty rota, undertaking placement searches and conducting regulation 24 assessments.
- Build strong working relationships with foster carers, offering guidance and advice to create stable and nurturing environments for children.
- Ensure thorough documentation and case recording, maintaining high standards of practice and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in social services within the UK, working as a qualified Social Worker.
