What You Will Do:

  • Conduct Form F assessments for fostering applicants, providing in-depth evaluations and recommendations.

  • Support and guide prospective foster carers, helping them navigate the assessment and approval process.

  • Participate in foster carer recruitment activities, identifying and engaging suitable applicants.

  • Work with children in care, ensuring their needs are central to matching and placement decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with Practice Supervisors and Team Managers to maintain consistency and quality across assessments.

  • Contribute to the development of good practice within the team, mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge.

  • Ensure all work meets regulatory and legislative requirements, adhering to best practice standards.
