What you will do:

• Support and manage all the Child Protection work within Flintshire Children Services for children remaining on the Child Protection Register.
• Oversee and manage most Court applications made by Children Services, ensuring cases remain in FIT until a plan of permanence is identified.
• Collaborate with the Permanency Team for cases transitioning through to the Adoption route or the Looked After Children system.
• Re-evaluate previous assessments and determine actions, whether it's downgrading, closing cases, or escalating to significant harm thresholds.
• Facilitate introductions into the PLO arena or formulate care plans approved by the Court for necessary cases.
