What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of individuals and families, developing and implementing care plans to address these.
- Engage with and support service users, providing counselling and assistance to enhance their well-being and life circumstances.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to care management.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with legal and organisational requirements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Participate in regular training and supervision to keep abreast of new developments in social services, enhancing the quality of support provided.

Requirements for the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work is essential.
- Current registration with the Scottish Social Services Council.
- Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker, demonstrating your ability to handle sensitive and complex cases responsibly.
