What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide expert advice to managers and staff across the Council and its partners, including Schools and Academies.
- Develop and implement health surveillance programmes and initiatives aimed at promoting workplace health and wellbeing.
- Self-manage your case load efficiently, ensuring all occupational health advice is effective, practical, and leads to successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the OH Technicians and other team members to deliver comprehensive health services.
- Participate in health promotion activities, contributing to the overall strategy to enhance workforce health and wellbeing across the region.
