What you will do:

- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy to patients within the Acute Care Team.
- Assess patient needs, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

- HCPC registration essential.
- Minimum 2 years of physiotherapy experience, with previous NHS Acute experience highly desirable.
- Preferable to be a car driver, enhancing flexibility and ability to reach various locations.
