What you will do:

- Manage safeguarding duties on a rota basis and conduct thorough assessments under Section 17 and Section 47 frameworks.
- Develop and implement safety plans and interventions tailored to the needs of children and families.
- Execute pre-birth assessments and manage complex cases involving child protection, Child in Need, and PLO/Pre-proceedings.
- Produce high-quality work, including court statements and assessments, and support the team manager in mentoring less experienced team members.
- Be a role model, facilitating learning opportunities and reflection, while driving improvements in quality and performance.
