What you will do:

• Manage a caseload of looked-after children, ensuring high-quality care planning and statutory compliance.

• Develop and review care plans, pathway plans, and permanence plans, promoting stability and long-term outcomes for the children.

• Undertake statutory visits and assessments, putting children's voices at the heart of planning and decision-making.

• Support children through placement stability, education, and health planning by collaborating closely with carers and related professionals.

Person Specification:
Qualifications:

• Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent).

• Evidence of continued professional development.

Registration & Compliance:

• Registered with Social Work England.

• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks such as the Children Act 1989, Care Planning, Placement and Case Review Regulations, and Leaving Care Act and guidance.

• Enhanced DBS clearance.
