What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive Occupational Therapy services within acute medical wards, focusing on rehabilitation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning, ensuring seamless patient care transitions.
• Assess and implement personalised treatment plans to maximise patient independence and enhance quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated MDT to support patient recovery and provide expert advice on therapy needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and service improvements.
