What you will do:

• Collaborate with children and families to assess needs and create tailored support plans.
• Monitor and review care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children, adapting strategies as required.
• Work closely with a dedicated team to provide continuous support for children in the child protection system.
• Liaise with other professionals, such as schools, healthcare providers, and legal representatives, to coordinate comprehensive support.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for case reviews and legal proceedings.
