What you will do:
Carry out comprehensive safeguarding assessments for adults at risk and develop effective protection plans tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with partner agencies and professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic safeguarding approach.
Provide support, guidance, and advocacy to adults experiencing or at risk of harm, ensuring their voices are heard.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with legal and organisational requirements.
Participate in regular case review meetings to monitor progress and update safeguarding plans where necessary.
