What you will do:

Conduct complex assessments for equipment adaptations and perform moving and handling risk assessments.

Facilitate the assessment and provision of Blue Badges, enhancing the mobility and independence of applicants with substantial disabilities.

Visit older and disabled children and adults in their homes for thorough evaluations and support.

Produce clear and concise written reports detailing assessments and recommendations.

Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, liaising effectively with relevant bodies to ensure comprehensive support.

Navigate and apply relevant moving and handling legislation to ensure best practices and compliance.

Communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals, adapting your approach to meet diverse needs.

Uphold strong team-working skills, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
To be successful, you must be HCPC registered and have access to your own vehicle.
