What you will do:
- Conduct diverse assessments, focusing on Child and Families Assessments and ensuring robust interventions.
- Manage a varied caseload including Children in Need, Child Protection cases, children in our care, and public/private care proceedings.
- Support children and families from the point a referral requires social work intervention, actively participating in solution-focused discussions and planning.
- Collaborate closely with targeted/intensive family support services and the Family Group Conference Service for holistic family interventions.
- Develop strong working relationships with partner organisations across the local authority to ensure comprehensive support for families and children.
