What you will do:

- Safeguard the rights, dignity, and welfare of individuals experiencing mental health crises.
- Complete accurate statutory records, reports, and legal documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Support discharge planning, safeguard individuals, and promote appropriate community-based care arrangements, adhering to the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act.
