What you will do:

- Engage directly with vulnerable children and young people, applying your extensive experience to support them in high-risk and complex situations.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to deliver tailored interventions addressing anti-social behaviour, criminality, and safeguarding concerns.
- Develop, deliver, and coordinate services and programmes for young people, ensuring their needs are met with innovative and effective solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive Pre-Sentence Reports to guide judicial decision-making and plan interventions.
- Work with a team dedicated to safeguarding and enhancing the well-being of young people in challenging circumstances.
