What you will do:

• Complete complex Care Act 2014 assessments, reviews, and safeguarding enquiries.

• Provide expert advice, guidance, supervision, and mentoring to less experienced Social Workers and practitioners.

• Undertake case audits and quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of practice.

• Support case sign-off processes, ensuring assessments and interventions meet statutory and professional requirements.

• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and promote best practice across the team.

• Assist the Team Manager with duty functions, workload prioritisation, and operational service delivery.

• Work collaboratively with health professionals, social care services, and partner agencies to achieve coordinated support for adults.

• Promote strengths-based, preventative, and person-centred approaches throughout all areas of practice.

• Support effective risk management and safeguarding processes to protect vulnerable adults.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely case records in line with organisational requirements and professional standards.

• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, reviews, and planning discussions to support positive outcomes for service users.
