Social Worker in Adoption - Ceredigion - £39.15 Hourly - Ongoing - Full-time

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and committed Social Worker specialising in Adoption to join our team in Ceredigion. You will earn a competitive rate of £39.15 per hour in this ongoing full-time locum position. Your work will entail both in-office and remote duties, with at least one day a week in Ceredigion.

What you will do:
- Assess and support adoptive parents throughout the adoption process, ensuring a supportive environment for both the child and the family.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to ensure their needs are met in adoptive placements.
- Facilitate workshops and support groups for adoptive families to build a strong, supportive community network.
- Collaborate with local authorities and other relevant organisations to provide comprehensive support services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records, ensuring compliance with governmental and organisational standards.

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in frontline social services within the UK, with a strong background in Adoption.
- Ability to work in Ceredigion at least one day per week.
