What you will do

• Deliver expert, evidence-based case management services.
• Provide advice on attendance, fitness for work, and other occupational health-related matters.
• Produce detailed and insightful written reports to support decision-making processes.
• Offer specialist advice on legislative requirements and best practices in occupational health.
• Maintain continuous professional development and remain up to date with NMC registration guidelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications / Requirements / Person Specification (if present)
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (degree or diploma). The successful candidate will have:

• Meticulous written skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• An understanding of their own competence and when to seek support to maintain safe practice.
• IT literacy and competence.
• A comprehensive understanding of the principles of data protection and confidentiality in occupational health.
• Experience in case management and the provision of occupational health advice.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work.
• At least one year of Occupational Health Case Management experience.
