What you will do:
- Lead a team of Social Workers, Advanced Practitioners, and Support Staff with strong management and robust oversight.
- Navigate and lead complex safeguarding decisions and statutory interventions effectively.
- Drive improvements through high-quality assessments, plans, and interventions that make a tangible difference for families and children.
- Chair strategy discussions and professional meetings to ensure cohesive team operations.
- Oversee Child Protection, Child in Need, and Children Looked After work to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Support your team through reflective supervision and professional development initiatives.
- Foster excellent partnership working across diverse multi-agency networks.
- Ensure performance monitoring, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement as part of shaping our future service.
