• Provide reflective supervision and support the professional development of team members.
• Oversee effective case management and safeguarding practices.
• Apply the Strengthening Families Model, building on family strengths and focusing on protective factors.
• Contribute to ongoing service development, including initiatives such as the Pre-Birth Assessment Team and Interventions HUB.
• Develop strong analytical and written skills to effectively manage casework documentation.
