What you will do:

- Chair Children Looked After (CLA) reviews and Child Protection meetings, ensuring each session is productive and child-centric.
- Engage deeply with children, young people, and their families, advocating for their needs and helping them voice their perspectives.
- Monitor the progress of children's care plans, standing firm against drift and delay, and challenge effectively when required to uphold standards.
- Collaborate closely with the social work teams to secure the best possible outcomes, maintaining a focus on safety and support for all children involved.
