What you will do:

- Support foster carers through case allocation to provide supervision and guidance.
- Engage in multi-agency collaboration to ensure holistic support for children and young people.
- Conduct assessments and plan interventions that are person-centred and effective.
- Lead in risk assessing the needs of individuals and in recording essential information.
- Regularly review the quality of care provided, proposing improvements where necessary.
- Undertake training to enhance your understanding of relevant legislation and trauma-informed approaches.
