Social Media and Events Manager – Premium Soft Drinks Company – London - £35,000

My client is one of the most well recognised premium RTDs on the market and they have been around for longer than most other competitors. Their range of products just taste better and are one of the most engaging brands visually.

On top of that, when it comes to setting the bar high for businesses as a force of good, they are not just the gold standard, they are the platinum. Their B-Corp scores is one of the best for a drinks business… in the world.

We are looking for a brand new Social Media & Events Manager to help turn its brand into a genuine cultural movement. This role will help people focus on great-tasting, fairer and more sustainable drinks as the business looks to grow its community both online and through memorable real-world experiences.

This is a hands-on role combining social strategy, content creation, community building and live events, with plenty of opportunity to make your mark.

What the Role Offers:

  • A competitive junior role salary.
  • The opportunity to take ownership of the brand's social presence and events programme.
  • A highly creative, hands-on position where you can shape how the brand shows up culturally.
  • The chance to work across festivals, pop-ups, retail launches, trade events and brand partnerships.
  • The opportunity to work with creators, ambassadors and exciting external partners.
  • The chance to learn under a very dynamic team.

Key Social Media & Events Manager Responsibilities:

  • Own the monthly social content calendar, balancing always-on content, campaigns, reactive moments and commercial priorities.
  • Concept, shoot, edit, write and publish engaging short-form video, stills, stories and community-led content.
  • Develop and deliver social campaigns around product launches, retail activity and partnerships.
  • Help plan and deliver the events programme, including festivals, pop-ups, trade shows, sampling and retail launches.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of events, including suppliers, budgets, staffing, logistics, stock, content capture and on-site execution.

Key Social Media & Events Manager Qualities

  • Proven hands-on experience creating social content, ideally with evidence of growing a social channel, community or personal project.
  • Experience using all major social channels.
  • Experience within drinks, lifestyle or a culturally relevant consumer brand, with an understanding of how to make products resonate with audiences.
  • Confident shooting and editing content, writing engaging copy and creating platform-ready assets without always relying on an agency.
  • Commercially minded, able to connect creative activity with brand objectives, launches, retail activity and measurable growth.
  • Organised, energetic and calm under pressure, with the confidence to take ownership and get stuck into live events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
