SEO Marketing Executive - Up to £40,000 + Bonus
Location: Richmond (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in office)

We are working with a highly regarded hospitality and lifestyle brand looking for a talented SEO Marketing Executive to join their growing digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong SEO foundations who wants to take ownership of organic growth within a creative, customer-focused business. You’ll play a key role in improving search visibility, driving traffic, and supporting wider digital marketing activity across a multi-channel brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and improve technical SEO performance across the website
Optimise site structure, content, and on-page SEO to increase organic traffic
Support ecommerce SEO strategy, driving product and category visibility
Use Shopify daily to manage and optimise website content
Improve Google Business Profile visibility and local SEO performance
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across content
Work closely with marketing and PPC teams to support integrated digital campaigns
Produce clear monthly performance reports and actionable insights
Support PPC strategy where required to ensure alignment with SEO activity

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years’ experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of ecommerce SEO principles
Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential
Confident copywriter with strong attention to detail and tone of voice awareness
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
Hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brand experience is beneficial
