Location: Birmingham, UK
Salary: £35,400 to £51,059 Annually
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

What you will do:
- Deliver high-standard, compassionate nursing care to patients in our 6-bedded Critical Care Unit.
- Work closely with leading consultants to provide care for post-operative patients from specialties such as Cardiothoracic Surgery, Hepatobiliary Surgery, Neuro and Spinal Surgery, and Colorectal Robotic Surgery.
- Take charge of and lead shifts with confidence and expertise, supporting junior colleagues in the process.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of experienced ITU nurses, fostering an environment of trust, fairness, and teamwork.
- Uphold high clinical standards and provide leadership in complex cases, drawing from your background in a Cardiac ITU setting.
About you:
- You possess NMC Registration as a qualified nurse in the UK.
- You have experience in Cardiac ITU and are comfortable managing high-acuity patients.
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills with in-charge experience in critical care.
- Your extensive background in Critical Care ideally spans multiple specialties.
- You have completed a Critical Care Course with 60 ITU credits.
