What you will do:
- Deliver mental health assessments and interventions to individuals as part of a multidisciplinary team within the community.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in conjunction with service users and their families.
- Liaise with external agencies to ensure seamless service for clients in need of mental health support.
- Offer support, guidance, and education to service users, families, and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure continuity of care and service evaluation.

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing, showcasing your expertise and dedication to mental health care.
- Proven experience as a Mental Health Nurse, allowing you to deliver effective interventions.
- Current registration with the NMC is essential, ensuring practice standards are upheld.
