We are seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Chemotherapy Day Unit at a renowned research institute in London. What you will do:

- Deliver outstanding nursing care to patients participating in clinical trials, ensuring the care aligns with research protocols
- Administer unlicensed trial drugs and safeguard data integrity throughout the process
- Provide compassionate support to patients involved in ground-breaking clinical trials, focusing on safety and respect
- Uphold the highest standards of care and ethical practice by adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and research outcomes
- Develop your leadership skills with responsibilities delegated from the Sister/Charge nurse, including shift leading and partnership with pharmaceutical sponsors

What you’ll bring:

- Current NMC registration
- SACT Nurse (Chemotherapy Giver) qualification
- Proven experience in a haematology or oncology setting
- Experience with clinical trials, although desirable, is not essential
