Want to lead incredible events, cook at a seriously high level and earn well for the hours you put in?

I'm recruiting a strong Senior Sous Chef / Lead Events Chef for a premium London events business, delivering everything from intimate private dinners and weddings to corporate events and large-scale functions.

You'll take ownership of your own events, leading teams and making sure everything runs beautifully from production and prep through to service and delivery on-site.

The Operation

• Premium private and corporate events.
• Luxury weddings and celebrations.
• Intimate dinners from around 10-20 guests.
• Large-scale events and functions.
• Central production kitchen.
• Live event delivery across London.
• High-end food with a huge focus on presentation.

The Role

• Lead events independently from prep through to service.
• Manage permanent, freelance and casual chefs.
• Plan production, timings and event logistics.
• Deliver consistently high food standards.
• Work between the production kitchen and live venues.
• Stay hands-on during production and service.
• Represent the business professionally with clients and venues.

About You

• Senior Sous Chef, Lead Events Chef or experienced Sous Chef.
• Premium events, luxury banqueting, weddings or high-end hospitality background.
• Confident running events independently.
• Strong production and logistical skills.
• Calm, organised and excellent under pressure.
• Great personality and confident leading teams.
• Flexible around events and happy to earn through overtime.
