General Manager – All-Day Café, Bar & Restaurant - £40,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a brilliant General Manager to take the reins of a stylish, modern all-day hospitality venue in the heart of White City.

This is a genuinely varied operation – starting the day with speciality coffee and brunch, moving into busy lunches before transitioning into after-work drinks, cocktails, craft beer, wine, pizzas and sharing plates in the evening.

It’s the perfect role for a hands-on, energetic GM who loves creating a great atmosphere and building a strong local following.

The Role

• Full ownership of the day-to-day operation
• Lead, motivate and develop a passionate team
• Drive sales, profitability and commercial performance
• Maintain brilliant standards across food, drink and service
• Build relationships with the local community and surrounding businesses
• Develop the venue’s daytime, evening and events trade
• Create a warm, welcoming culture for both guests and the team

About You

We’re looking for an experienced General Manager or strong AGM ready to step up, ideally from an all-day café, restaurant, bar or quality casual dining background.

You’ll be commercially switched-on, naturally hospitable and comfortable running a business that changes throughout the day.

£40,000 salary
Closed every Sunday
