• Manage a caseload of children on Child in Need and Child Protection Plans, focusing on their safety and well-being.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans that are in the best interest of the child.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and protection services.
• Engage in court work for both private and public law cases, ensuring clear communication and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes while keeping children at the forefront.
• Conduct direct visits and organize meetings as required, catering to the unique needs of each case.
