What you will do:

Provide specialist pharmaceutical care to mental health patients.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Conduct medication reviews and manage pharmaceutical interventions.
Offer advice and guidance on medication management and safety.
Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards.
Support hospital dispensary operations as required.

Requirements:

GPhC registered Pharmacist.
Minimum of two years of mental health experience.
Significant hospital pharmacy experience.
Car driver preferred to facilitate travel between sites.
Strong communication and multidisciplinary team-working skills.
