What you will do:

- Manage a diverse caseload of 18-20 cases, encompassing child protection, Child in Need plans, PLO, and care proceedings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (C and F) to a high standard, ensuring the best outcomes for children and families.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to support the safety and well-being of children and young people.
- Engage with families, children, and multi-agency professionals to promote positive change and outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences, providing insights and recommendations for case progression.
