What you will do:
- Assess the needs, strengths, and risks of children and families receiving Children in Need services.
- Develop and implement effective support and intervention plans tailored to individual circumstances.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and within statutory timescales.
- Conduct assessments, reviews, and statutory visits while maintaining a strong focus on positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and multi-agency professionals to coordinate effective support.
- Advocate for children and families, ensuring their voices, wishes, and needs remain central to decision-making.
- Provide guidance and professional support to families, helping them access appropriate services and resources.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records, assessments, and reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns and risks.
- Contribute to team meetings, case discussions, and service improvement initiatives.
