What you will do:

• Respond to out-of-hours referrals and safeguard individuals in urgent situations.

• Undertake risk assessments and deliver timely safeguarding interventions.

• Make informed decisions quickly to ensure the safety and protection of vulnerable individuals.

• Lead on complex cases, providing expert guidance during your shifts.

• Work collaboratively with police, healthcare services, and other emergency partners.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.

• Registration with Social Work England and an enhanced DBS.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Strong safeguarding and crisis management skills with the ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills and experience in multi-agency environments.

• Ability to work independently with resilience and professionalism in out-of-hours settings.
