Who will you be as Senior Restaurant Manager:

• We are looking to speak to candidates currently operating at Senior Restaurant Manager, AGM, or strong Restaurant Manager level within high-volume hospitality environments.
• You will have experience managing busy restaurant and bar operations while maintaining excellent service standards.
• This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced businesses and enjoys leading from the floor.
• We are looking for individuals with strong people leadership skills who can motivate and develop teams.
• Guest experience must be at the centre of everything you do.
• You’ll be commercially aware and confident managing labour, service flow, and day-to-day operational performance.
