The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join an iconic restaurant group in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, has a strong background in corporate sales and hospitality, and wants to drive growth through tour & travel partnerships and local marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop sales strategies, focusing on tour & travel partners and corporate clients
Drive group bookings, MICE events, and corporate accounts
Build strong relationships with hotels, tour operators, and travel trade
Manage CRM systems to track clients, bookings, and performance
Support local marketing initiatives to promote the venue and drive revenue
