A leading London restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in running a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen. This Sous Chef role suits someone confident on service, strong with people management, and comfortable working with open fire and seasonal menus.
The Sous Chef will be central to service delivery, team development, and maintaining standards across all sections.
